Armor
Hero armour engineered for movement and the close-up.
Screen armour has to look like metal, weigh like foam, survive a stunt and still read on a 4K close-up. We model it in 3D, cut and cast it, then hand-finish every surface for camera.
- How long does a hero armour build take?
- A single hero suit typically runs four to eight weeks from approved concept to fitting, depending on part count and finish. Duplicates and stunt versions are faster once moulds exist.
- Can the armour be worn for a full shooting day?
- Yes. We build for wearability first: ventilation, quick-release fastenings and weight kept low with foam and composites. Fittings happen before the shoot, not on set.
