What we
make.
Seven disciplines, one workshop. Each is backed by the industrial techniques that make it repeatable at screen quality.

Industrial
methods.
There are no limits to the methods we use to get to the right product. These are the ones the workshop runs every week.
3D design & printing
Concept to printed part. Helmets, armour plates, emblems and mechanical details are modelled in 3D, test-printed, then finished by hand.
CNC machining
Precision-cut foams, composites and metals for parts that need to repeat exactly across a suit or a department.
Casting & moulding
Silicone moulds and resin or urethane casts for repeatable armour, headgear and props.
Textile lamination
Fabrics bonded to foams and films for structured silhouettes that still move with the performer.
Laser cutting & engraving
Clean patterns, perforations and surface detail on leather, fabric, acrylic and foam.
Electronics & LED
Wearable lighting, controllers and power built into the costume so it performs on stage and on camera.
Specialised knitting
Custom knit structures for compression, texture and stretch where a suit has to fit like skin.
Foam fabrication
EVA and high-density foam shaping for lightweight armour that reads solid on a close-up.
Special stitching
Dedicated machinery for heavy, layered and technical seams that regular tailoring cannot hold.
